Bright Beauty Collective is a consulting and sales agency supporting female-founded conscious beauty brands through retail strategy, sales consulting, and growth partnerships.

The project focused on translating the brand’s strategic foundation into a cohesive visual direction and digital platform that positioned Bright Beauty Collective as a sophisticated industry authority.

Opportunity
The brand had a strong strategic foundation but needed a more cohesive visual language and digital platform to communicate its positioning clearly.

The goal was to elevate the brand’s presentation and create a digital experience that reflected the sophistication of the consulting services while maintaining warmth, clarity, and accessibility.

Creative Direction
  • Led creative direction for the brand’s visual identity and digital presence, translating strategic positioning into a cohesive brand experience.
  • Defined the brand’s visual language, shaping aesthetic direction across photography, layout systems, color palette, and overall visual composition.
  • Designed and developed the brand’s website, creating a digital platform that established authority within the conscious beauty industry and clearly communicated the company’s consulting services.
  • Structured the site architecture and user experience to guide potential clients through the brand’s services, positioning, and partnership pathways.

Developed in partnership with a New York brand consulting firm. I led the creative translation of the brand strategy into a cohesive visual identity and digital platform, collaborating with the founder, marketing team, copywriter, and design contributors across the project.
