VISION MAPPING, PRIORITIZING AND PLANNING
As entrepreneurs, it's easy to get distracted by not only social media, ads, over-consumption, comparison, self-doubt and inspiration.... but also by ourselves and our desire to do everything all at once.
Slow down. Take a step back. You can do it all, but you can't do it all at once. Today I strongly urge you to sit down and organize your OWN goals.
Start with a brain dump. Then circle the top 3 priorities and begin mapping out how you can ACTUALLY achieve them. Small wins keep us going. Your Personalized Air Action Plan Workbook will guide you through this!
You are following your intuitive and creative genius brain, so naturally you're going to have a lot of ideas. That's what makes being an entrepreneur so much fun. Get used to writing down those ideas and coming back to them when you actually have the time to give the projects the time they deserve.
RESOURCES AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Over-consuming online can really hold us back. Frequent targeted ads and/or "too good to be true" claims have you getting distracted and pulled away from your vision.
Take a step back, listen to your intuition and trust yourself. You know what feels right to you. If it sounds too good to be true, it often is.
Love to always be in a state of learning but feeling overwhelmed by over-consumption and doom-scrolling? I get it, because I've been there. Step away from social media today and try this recommended list of long-form resources and either read or audio-book it. (Link is already in your action plan 😉 )
The separation from social media can ground you and realign your goals and your actions.
BEGIN DEVELOPING A STRATEGY AND TRACK YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
You may have some resistance on a "plan" or strategy. I love that about you! Because your creative brain needs freedom. But business needs strategy. And strategy allows you to systemize, which allows you to scale. THIS then leaves you with time, resources and ability to be as creative as you'd want!
And remember, balance is everything.
Start tracking everything! You'll have a lot of opportunities soon, and when you have too many opportunities and a highy creative brain, it leads to burn out. Don't let that happen to you and get ahead of it! Begin tracking, prepping and stepping up like the women who has already achieved her goals. Because it can come quick, and if you'e not ready you won't be able to sustain it!

If you feel rejection towards a plan, hear me out. Maybe you fear a plan/structure/strategy will limit your flexibility or creativity. But ultimately a plan is there to serve as a foundation, not a limitation. It's a grounding force that allows you complete freedom so you can KNOW that your creativity is actually serving your goals. When creating a strategy, break it into smaller, actionable steps that are easier to commit to. It keeps you motivated and allows you to focus on completing one task at a time.

LIVE IT UP! Entrepreneurship is a journey. Not a destination. Enjoy the damn journey, if you don't... wha's the point. Have fun, be creative, connect and give yourself PLENTY of time to reward your wins, spread your abundance and embrace your intuitiveness. Celebrate the successes along your journey by celebrating every win! 🎉 Celebrating can be as EXTRA as you want, or could be as simple as taking a few minutes away from work or grabbing coffee with a friend! Celebrating wins is a huge part of enjoying the process and will fuel you!

Take a deep breathe. Remember that most of the people you're looking up to have mentors and teams. With a vision as big as yours, having support is the only way! You do not have to do it alone! The massive ambition (and maybe perfectionism) will have you trying to piece together everything by yourself. But know that you don't have to do it this way. Get yourself a VA and/or team, a mentor, and/or join a supportive community setting (like Manifesci™ Insiders) to surround yourself with like-minded people and support! Your bigger the vision the longer it may take and support will make the journey a lot more manageable, and fun. You got this.
